Paola Martinelli-Gancman is a certified professional coach with a Masters in Clinical Psychology who specializes in guiding parents to navigate their children’s transition from preschool, to teen, to young adult.
Paola has a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and 20 years of experience working in the field of Education and Psychology. Before opening her private practice, Paola worked as a teacher, preschool director at Page Private School and director of middle school admission at Milken Community Schools. Paola has also been involved in her children’s school life by volunteering in different committees and serving a three-year term as president of parent association at Stephen Wise Temple Schools'.
Through the years, Paola has found a true passion in working with children and in supporting parents define goals, set realistic expectations and in navigating the transitions of their children’s lives. She understand the pressure that parents feel raising children in today’s competitive world and the emotional, social and physical changes that students go through during their Middle School years and how it all affects their relationship with the world around them.
Paola's goal is for parents and their children to find balance, happiness and success in school, at home and in life.
Outside of coaching, Paola is a mother; a wife and “Beat Biker.” She is originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina and moved to Los Angeles with her family at the age of 15. Paola cherishes her heritage and embrace and respect the place that she now calls home. Paola share her life with her husband and their two beautiful children. She is bilingual and offer coaching in English and Spanish.
